At Paire, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
